Good Business Practice's Advisory Panel consists of high-profile representatives from the world of business, the professions, law, academia, communications and ethics. The current members of the Advisory Panel are:

- Lord Bilimoria Founder and Chairman of Cobra Beer
- Sir Trevor Chinn CVO [Chair] Senior Adviser, CVC Capital Partners Ltd and Chairman of Streetcar Limited, Chair of the Mayor's Fund for London and former Chairman of the RAC, the AA and Kwik Fit
- Professor Julian Franks Professor of Finance, London Business School and Academic Director of London Business School's Centre for Corporate Governance
- Lord Griffiths of Fforestfach Vice-Chairman, Goldman Sachs International and former Head of the Prime Ministers Policy Unit 1988-1990

The Advisory Panel will meet twice a year to:
- Appoint a Chairperson of the Panel for the ensuing year, on annual basis
- Consider the Guiding Principles for the Ethical Conduct of Business and other materials included in the Members Pack and to recommend additions or other changes thereto
- Deal with substantive issues and questions facing the membership
- Review the activities of Good Business Practice and make recommendations to be incorporated by the organisation going forward
- Consider and make proposals on any matters pertinent to the business of Good Business Practice it deems fit
